Joining the Take Action Network
I have recommended joining and using the Take Action Network (TAN) in two recent newsletters. Its purpose is to alert members at moments when we can make ourselves heard on the specific issues that concern us.
TAN does not allow would-be members to sign up directly from their website, instead asking them to get a personal invitation from an existing member. Well, here’s the link.
Because it comes from my alert system, your system will start with my ‘favorite’ issues. Please make wholesale changes to your Favorites list, so that your membership reflects your choice of issues.

I've been on their list for several years now and they make it so easy to let the legislature know how you feel about bills that matter. TAN gives a summary and a reason why we might support or oppose, and we can decide for ourselves whether to join their position. Great resource!
